“Schloss Frankenberg was the first stop on an 8-person family tour of Germany. It was a little palatial paradise - even in the extraordinary heat wave that had set in. The staff thoughtfully placed us in air conditioned rooms and provided us with waters and extra helping hands to get our luggage and people to where they needed to go. “Es wird beschrieben, dass Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Das stimmt zwar, aber man bekommt dann doch keinen ohne zuvor angefragt zu haben, da der Großteil der auf B&B ausgewiesenen PP nicht von Hotelgästen genutzt werden dürfen. Von der PP-Seite aus kommt man nicht ins Hotel. Das ist sehr unpraktisch hinsichtlich des Gepäcks. Eine Minibar im Zimmer war nicht vorhanden. Kuhle Getränke sind im Sommer damit erledigt. Das hoch angepriesene Frühstück entpuppte sich als sehr mäßig. Es gab kein Rührei oder……

“Awesome hotel for a traveler looking to drive around Bavaria. Visited several nearby castles, Bamberg, and Thomann Music. Breakfast was awesome, Beer in the bar was awesome. Parking was great. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Will stay again on my next trip one year from now.”

“Room Service is Good, which stcik to the 15:00 check in policy. Breakfast : only the Coffee is excellent, the breakfast choice is not worthy for 9,50 Euro , very few choice. Cleanness: excellent The room is very clean but very small, and very very noisy, you can hear people talking on the street, noice from downstair restaurant, awfuly noisy. Two things are not satisfied: one is very noisy, the other one is breakfast is extremly simple.”
