The property was pleasant. Contemporary. Nice bar, nice bar food - lets say less is more and the quality of what we had was excellent. I like the snacks area and while we did not use it the availability of hot breakfast items. The staff was casual but very engaging and a pleasure to work with. Downs. The room phone was dead, the room USB worthless, the room internet never worked.

Pets stay for free was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel over the others in the area. Other hotels charge $50-$75. I was also pleased to find drink, snack and breakfast item options available in reception area. Good size room with desk area for work. Full bar opens at 5pm. Pool table and lounge area. Updated modern ambiance. I recommend this hotel and will return if in the area.

When I first walked into my room it didn’t smell so fresh. I went into the restroom the shower door was wide open not to mention there was dry droplets on the floor near the toilet . I don’t know if that was droplets of urine or droplets of water however whatever it was that was PURE DISGUSTING. NONE of my trash cans had trash bags to put my trash in. Which I thought that was extremely nasty ! My rooms remote had dried ketchup or something on it it was VERY sticky . I went on the elevator to grab my food and was talking to another guest who even stated this place gave him the creeps. I went back up to my room grabbed Kleenex to blow my nose just to see that it was only one damn Kleenex which was stuffed and decorated as of it was full . The list goes on ! I always stay at ALOFT anytime I decide to travel . However this specific location is by far THE WORST I’ve ever stayed . I never ever left a review before but this hotel was unbelievable . I’m surprised this place doesn’t have roaches unless they are hidden
