Overall the hotel was clean and what i needed for the night. I called for the dhuttle service and sfter an hour wait called a second tome. The desk clerk fsiled to let the shuttle driver lnow i needed a ride. The huge positive of the trip was Brian the shuttle driver. Extremely helpful and went above and beyond during my stay.

I booked a room 3 nights. When I first check in I had to switch rooms because the toilet flush wasn’t working. Second night my keys for my room weren’t working. But the last night I was there I entered my room and simply all of my belongs and suitcase were gone. I immediately went downstairs to talk to the receptionist and he told me they they had checked me out! Said that my reservation on their system was o my for 2 nights, so they took all of my stuff and cleaned the room, which was a mistake since I had the reservation proof of 3 nights. For me that was unbelievable, how come they go thru all of my stuff, put them together, close my suitcase and leave it at the front desk? I hadn’t checked out or anything. I felt disrespected.

They don’t have a free daily newspaper, which we wanted. The staff and hot breakfast variety was great! However the shower curtain was broken and water went everywhere. We reported but in 4 days they didn’t replace it or even clean the room!! We had the sign out for a couple of days for this as well. Kept having to ask for extra towels to soak up the mess! Another guest had the same problem!!
