Keycards had a constant issue, hotel room numbers had been removed off the walls but the rooms were still being assigned. Had multiple people trying to get into the wrong room due to no signs

So many things wrong with this hotel. The first room they put me in had black mold all over the ceiling and their HVAC unit was on the same floor that was sooo loud i could hear itin my room. I switched rooms, and that 2nd room was dirty. The batnroom had hair on the floor. The shower had hair in it. The walls are so thin , that i could hear the man next to me coughing his life away all night !! There seems to be drug and prostitution activity there. Cops are parked in the parking lot all the time and its directly on the busiest highway. Worst experience

It was convenient in relation to distance from Love Field but the hotel was dirty, wall paper was peeling off of the wall, sink didn't drain properly. Bed was nice and comfortable. Carpet and decor were very old and needing replacement desperately though.

It was very nice and clean room the staff was nice we laughed there were a little bit of inconvenience there were no face towels and the people next door was trying to come through our room because of the adjoining door before we were going to checkout the housekeeper came in on us twice glad we were dressed
