The only okay think about the place was the staff that help at the front desk. Other than that terrible, sewer cockroaches everywhere, halls, elevator lobby and rooms, huge mosquitos everywhere and the beds and carpets had questionable stains. I was traveling with a group of 15 and we all had to move up to 3-4 rooms because of the conditions. I did not stay longer than an hour and left and requested a refund. Would’ve ruined my trip!

The bedroom chair was very old and dirty. The towels were also quite worn out. The bathroom fixtures made it difficult to adjust the water temperature between hot and cold. The coffee machine was outdated, and the TV was quite small. Overall, the room needs modernization. On a positive note, the staff were good.

If you are an insect enthusiast you will enjoy your stay! Between the roaches, mosquitoes, and microscopic bugs infesting the creases of the room I would only stay here in cases of emergencies only… there was also holes and stains all over the linens and towels… please keep in mind we stayed here for a total of five hours after flying in at midnight and flying out at 7… the reception was very rude as well. Terrible, disgusting, and ratchet! Side not: the shuttle driver, Dwayne, was awesome 👏 🚙

The room did not look like the pictures. It smelled like weed. Amenities that were on the site were not available.(infant cribs/toddler beds) There was someone at the front desk but they don’t check you in, you have to use a kiosk and check in with someone who is remote

They offered a complimentary breakfast, It turned out the breakfast was just coffee from a machine. That was kind of scammy. Also, go easy on the cleaning products you use. they room smelled liked cheap cleaning detergent. ( very strong smell)

THE PROPERTY WAS REALLY DIRTY, THE COUNTER STAFF WASN'T ENOUGH SO THE CHECK IN PROCCESS TOOK A VERY LONG TIME. THE ROOM, TE SHEETS AND BLANKETS, THE TOWELS, THE COACH, THE PILLOS...
