On the first night, I was assigned a connecting room and experienced significant noise from the adjacent room late into the night. When checking in again the following day, I requested a non-connecting room. Unfortunately, the front desk staff member assisting me (Adrian) was unresponsive to basic questions, including checkout time, and appeared impatient. I was also given inconsistent information regarding internet access compared to my previous stay. During the interaction, I noticed a clear contrast in demeanor: the same staff member was friendly and smiling when assisting other guests nearby, while remaining dismissive and unresponsive toward me. This inconsistency was uncomfortable and unexpected for a four-star hotel. I would like to note that another staff member, Betty, later assisted me kindly and professionally, which I appreciated.
