The staff gives you a tech support line to call as if it's your computer that is the problem when in fact, it's the hotel's problem and they refuse to update their wifi to a usable speed to cover all the rooms. It's totally ridiculous how they deal with the wifi. Heck, I've had far better internet in 3rd world countries. The breakfast is cold and nasty. It's like something that was cooked days before and sat out at room temperature for days on end, totally unedible. The parking lot constantly reeks of marijuana and sometimes inside the hotel as well. I saw somebody letting their dog out in the grassy area next to the hotel when the hotel is supposedly no pets allowed.
