Wow. This place was awful. If I hadn’t been extremely pressed for time during my stay, I would have checked out. The pictures online do not truly show the quality of this place. The elevators were broken, buttons covered with duct tape, carpets full of stains, walls dirty and banged up, shower curtain torn up, the outdoor pool was a tiny joke (which I only saw when I was walking around the parking lot). To put the cherry on top, I woke up at 3am to constant screaming and banging on the walls and floors by a group of children. I called the front desk and I was received with a terrible attitude “so you’re saying it’s coming from above you and someone else just called (from your floor) and they said it’s coming from beside them, so which is it? And I am here alone and I just had to check someone in so I’m not sure when I’ll make it up there, feel free to call the cops if it doesn’t stop.”
What?! I should call the cops for a noise complaint inside your hotel because you don’t want to go up there? Or why didn’t she call the cops if she can’t leave the desk? And if she can’t leave the desk, when I went to check in on my first night, why was there a sign on the desk that said “be right back” and she came from the dark dining room where she was sleeping?
This place was terrible and not worth a single penny.
