Close to DFW airport

Pros: Near to city
Cons: Restroom roof should not have leaks
The roof in the rest room was leaking. The rest of the room was clean and pretty good though.

Good hotel for business near DFW

Pros: Clean, pretty good price once you factor in the free amenities.
Cons: The bath towels were not too good - thin and scratchy.
Location: Close to the airport and the expressway. No dining within walking distance except Denny's, or the expensive Westin hotel restaurant cross the road.
It's not flashy, but a good value for the price. Facilities were all clean and well-maintained. I found the staff to be friendly. I arrived early, and the only option for storing my luggage was to put it in the business office - unwatched and unguarded. No thanks. But, the desk clerk did go out of her way to find a way to check me in early and get to a room. The breakfast was standard continental fare. Note that the free shuttle to the airport is a shared service with several other hotels nearby, so it is not as fast or often as some of the others with a dedicated shuttle. A nice bonus - in the morning and evening, there is a free shuttle to local businesses. I was able to get all transport between airport, hotel, and nearby place of business covered with no out of pocket cost.

Underwhelming...

Rude staff at check in, mold in the bathroom and air conditioner, stains on the carpet and furniture, and constant noise from airplanes - this hotel has much to improve upon. Facilities staff was spraying for some kind of bugs in the lobby when I checked in. This was the first sign I should have went somewhere else. I arrived before the 3 pm check in as I had an early flight. The staff member at the front desk was completely rude. I asked to check in and was informed that the hotel check in time was 3pm and they do not offer early check ins. She did not even bother to check if a room was ready. I asked if I could leave my luggage at the hotel while they prepared a room. To this she said yes and told me I could put my luggage in the business center next to the front desk. I asked if would be secured. She again said yes. However when I went to place my luggage in the room the door was open with no staff member their to watch over the area. I didn't I didn't feel comfortable leaving my belongings there. The proximity to the airport was one reason for booking, however the hotel is so dated that the windows didn't eliminate outside noise from the planes or even traffic. The rest of the room was outdated and dirty. I even saw mold in the bathroom and could smell it coming from the air conditioner. I never sat on the furniture because of the stains rather used the bed instead. Poor experience. Would not recommend.

Horrible harassing staff.

One of the staff members accused me of having a party in the room which called and woke me up at 2 am threatening to call the police. But I was in the room alone sleeping. Then he got rude and said I could check out. Worst part is I was staying in a suite and got treated like I was in a hostel. Also the toilet was broken and I had to use a plunger every time I peed in it. And the jetted tub was broken. See pics.

me were in Dallas for a funeral so we did not really get a chance to see all that the hotel had to offer. overall it was a good place to stay.

Nice, close to the airport

Pros: Clean and neat.
Cons: Not enough to mention or complain about.
Location: Close to the airport; didn't have time to check out anything nearby.
I needed a place to get a few hours sleep before an early morning flight. Very clean hotel, comfortable and quiet room. Didn't have time to check out the breakfast area because of early flight. Staff very efficient and quick check in an check out. Close to DFW airport.

Very Disappointing Experience

Pros: Nothing other than location
Cons: Provide better furniture. Train staff better.
Aweful experience! Chair in room has so many stains we didn't want to sit on it. ATM doesn't work properly and now I have to fight that with my bank. Two transactions but it only produced cash 1 time. The staff was not helpful AT ALL. What kind of place doesn't have washclothes and towels available until 9 at night (when asking for them at 7pm). The room rate was decent but for the service and conditions of the hotel I would never stay at this property again. It is much more of a 1 star hotel.

This is not a 3- STAR hotel

Pros: Crappy hotel it old needs to be totally renovated.
Cons: RENOVATED THE WHOLE HOTEL.
Location: Nothing but a Gas station at this exit.
This hotel is not a 3 star its old dirty and the staff is rude. My room was never cleaned Hair all over the bathroom dirty tub it was black never cleaned. Room had a mold odor this Hotel was filthy. This needs a Renovation to be considered a 3 star hotel. The decor was like going to Grandmas house and Mardi Gras Don't book this Hotel. T.V set never worked nor did the phone in the room. Walk to the front desk to be total sorry we can't help you. OMG!
