Rude staff at check in, mold in the bathroom and air conditioner, stains on the carpet and furniture, and constant noise from airplanes - this hotel has much to improve upon.
Facilities staff was spraying for some kind of bugs in the lobby when I checked in. This was the first sign I should have went somewhere else.
I arrived before the 3 pm check in as I had an early flight. The staff member at the front desk was completely rude. I asked to check in and was informed that the hotel check in time was 3pm and they do not offer early check ins. She did not even bother to check if a room was ready.
I asked if I could leave my luggage at the hotel while they prepared a room. To this she said yes and told me I could put my luggage in the business center next to the front desk. I asked if would be secured. She again said yes. However when I went to place my luggage in the room the door was open with no staff member their to watch over the area. I didn't I didn't feel comfortable leaving my belongings there.
The proximity to the airport was one reason for booking, however the hotel is so dated that the windows didn't eliminate outside noise from the planes or even traffic.
The rest of the room was outdated and dirty. I even saw mold in the bathroom and could smell it coming from the air conditioner. I never sat on the furniture because of the stains rather used the bed instead.
Poor experience. Would not recommend.
