“Motel in easy walking distance to town centre.
The room was very hot, so had our windows open and seagulls were screaming from 2am
The room was clean plenty of hot water.
Bed too soft for our liking so didn’t sleep well.
Our door didn’t seem to fit right so had to slam it shut and heard a few more being slammed.”
“Pleasant Staff, simple book in.
Let down by tiny tv & silly early book out time of 10.30am. Charged an extra £25 to book out at 12 having already paid £493 for 3 nights.
Breakfast let down by poor ingredients - cheap tasteless sausage.”
“Stayed in family room which was very spacious and had a large en suite. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet despite being a pub. Good choice for breakfast which was delicious. Having real milk and bottled water in the rooms was a nice touch.
In a village with nice walks and lovely seating area outside.”
“Had room only which was clean and tidy. The bed was a bit soft for us but we are use to a firm bed. Restaurant staff very friendly. Nice hotel all round and location was perfect for us.”
“The Village Inn was the perfect place for a stopover while travelling further south. Ideally located a short distance from Northallerton. Large car park, restaurant with a really good menu choice and very reasonably priced. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with heating you can control yourself. Powerful shower and very hot water. Breakfast was great, with choices of full English, Vegan, cereals etc.
I would highly recommend the Village Inn to everybody looking for somewhere to stay……
