“Spotless linen and towels. Breakfast lovely. Staff delightful and so so helpful but suddenly jobless. I was advised it was shutting within 3 days so had to walk to sister hotel 5 minutes away for breakfast. Shared toilet and shower with 2 other rooms. Room very cold at night so cleaner gave me an electric radiator from another room. This property needs a lot of fuel
Injection to bring it up to standard. Staff worked hard and were brilliant but the hotel was damp, scruffy and certainly seen……

“Very nicely situated in a quiet village area 3miles from the town centre. Large car park at the rear and easy access to a bus service outside. Clean pub and rooms of a reasonable quality. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Well priced.”

“Actually, the process of booking through Hotels.com the claim of everything must be handled by the hotel is not true. They are not in control of the booking. Hotels.com is in control of the booking so they were not able to amend or cancel the booking and the customer service reps consistently would refer me back to Premier Inn, which had nothing to do with booking the stay”
