“I booked one king size bed private hot spring room in Expedia, but the hotel system shows double beds private hot spring room when I arrived. The front desk took 10 min to get me the right one. However, when I entered the room, it was totally uncleaned. Looked like someone just left the room without cleaning. Used towel in the bath, used towel on the floor, and the hot spring is still filled with hot water...... I had to called the front desk and ask them get me a room again..... Totally ruined……

“Clean room and good breakfast. Staff couldn’t speak English but very helpful to get it translated in real time. Room is clean with all necessary amenities. Rooms does not have iron/ironing board. Lot of dining options nearby and is close to subway/metro for a great connectivity.”

“The hotel is very nice. It’s clean. Modern. The breakfast buffet is tasty, but not extensive. The most important thing to know is that the hotel is not within walking distance to the old town area with all the lanterns. That requires a 10 minute car ride. I would have preferred a location right in that area, and it was difficult to figure out as a newcomer. ”
