Located in a quiet residential area of the town, close to all shops, services, and spa centers, easily accessible on foot, by bike, or by thermal minibus, our apartment is ideally located for relaxing during your stay. After your treatments, the emblematic Place de la Fontaine Chaude, the ramparts, the Gallo-Roman remains, the banks of the Adour River, the arenas, the central market halls... await you for a cultural, fun, and gastronomic stroll. Bright, spacious, and functional, this beautiful apartment offers all the comforts you need for your stay. A 3-week spa package is available year-round. A must-see destination for recharging your batteries in the heart of one of France's premier spa resorts and discovering its heritage and the Landes coast. The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a residence. The two balconies with sun loungers extend the interior living space and invite you to dream. It features a 25m² private, secure garage for your vehicle. It comprises: - a beautiful entrance hall with large closets, - a spacious living room with a lounge (TV, stereo, Wi-Fi), dining room, - a fully equipped separate kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher), - a bedroom (1 double bed, 140x190), - a bathroom (with bathtub, washing machine and dryer), and a separate toilet. - A second bedroom (with a double bed, 140x190) can be added upon request for a maximum capacity of 3 people (€12 supplement per night). For your comfort, sheets, towels, and household linens, as well as heating, water, and electricity, are included in the price. You also benefit from reversible air conditioning.
