I liked that it was in an area with such a large variety of restaurants and right off the exit. Easy to find. The floors throughout the entire facility were dirty. The room was nice and clean except for the floors. There was no information in the room on amenities such as wi-fi. I had to go to the desk to ask for an extra towel to wash my hair, and then there was no blow dryer to dry my hair. In an extended stay hotel that is something I would expect. Also, there was no “do not disturb” sign so I could sleep when needed. Not a bad place to stay, just needs the floors cleaned regularly and a few small amenities added. The other thing that was a problem was that we reserved an accessible room with a queen size bed. The bed was only full size. I am recovering from an ankle replacement, and really needed the queen bed.

Ive stayed at a other extended stay and had a great experience. This one seems like your staying in a motel off a dead end road. Old gross carpet (my feet stuck in spots) recommend wearing shoes until you get in bed. Smelled horribly like they are trying to cover up the old cigarette smoke. Fridge & microwave stunk countertop looked like it was falling apart in spots. The laminate was peeling up. The 2 good things. -shower looked newer but was not properly cleaned before we stayed. - We only stayed one night.

The room had a weird smell of deodorant. The floor was sticky. They advertise breakfast but it is a coffee and granola bars without a sitting area.

The room was quite shabby and run down. The heater was cranked up to 90 and the room was still chilly—so it clearly didn’t function properly. While the room was not unclean, it wasn’t sparking, and the overall shabbiness of the place made me feel less than confident about the cleanliness overall.

Conveniently located just a minute off major highway. Decent room. Noisy furnace/AC fan (had to shut it off to sleep). A lot of permanent residents (basically similar to a rental apartment building). Was faced with an extra fee to have a pet, which was NOT explained when I booked (whole motel was promoted as 'pet-friendly', so I was surprised there was an additional cost ($26 USD) for one night). A bit steep, in my opinion.

The hotel is just disgusting. The rooms are run down and the beds are hard as a rock and Crunch every time we moved. Had it not been a quick stop to sleep to break up a 13 hour drive we would have just left. We were there about 7 hours and got up and left right away
