“I loved the apartment. I had to stay extra days due to global conflicts but there was no doubt I was trapped in the right place. It was great to have my own kitchend with several markets steps away. I spent each day out at the beautiful and quiet pool. Bedroom very comfortable and great space on the balcony to sit out or dry clothes. Great stay!”

Besonderen Dank an Alex für das morgentliche Frühstück und frischen Früchte. Ebenso dank an Andy für den herrlichen Fisch. Rundherum sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder. ”

“Good size room with attached kitchen with microwave, kettle, fridge. Small supermarket next door which sells beer 😀and microwave meals, parking is on hotel grounds, shallow beach opposite. ”

“非常差的体验 完全不像五星级酒店 首先刚到酒店的时候check in 让我们站在那里整整等了半个小时 效率非常低下 在Expedia上订好之后还要我专门将订单信息转发email给他们 然后刚到房间发现卫生间是脏的...整个房间的桌面上都是灰 我们订的是面山的套房 外面的躺椅上都是鸟屎 没有清理 房间里面根本没有room service的餐单 spa也非常难订 第二天早上去吃早餐 10点半结束 我们迟到了大概几分钟 工作人员直接说关闭了 想吃可以回房间付钱叫room service 但其实里面还有很多人在吃饭 酒店交通特别不方便 没有任何大巴 只能坐的士 或者是当地的公共汽车 但没地方放行李 还要出酒店自己走约6分钟...而的士很贵 单程要50欧 托前台订去普拉兰岛的机票 没有跟我确认任何身份信息 结果将我老婆名字打错 第二天等我们准备去机场看确认信息 才发现写错...那时离登机还差3小时 出门去前台 没有服务生帮忙拿行李 两个特大箱子 过路的服务生都没有帮忙的意思 赶到前台 告诉服务员弄错了 她结果不慌不忙的查邮件 搞了好久找不到 才催她快点 她才打电话 结果两分钟就弄好了……

“The setting of the hotel is wonderful with easy access to the beach. Our room was wonderful with excellent housekeeping service, the room was in pristine condition every day and we were well looked after. The meals, the choice, quality and range were outstanding with excellent service. All staff were helpful and went out of their way to help us and attend to our needs, they were friendly and professional and made me special vegetarian meals. “Eine sehr nette Unterkunft mit fantastischem Frühstück. Ein tolles Zimmer an gutem Standort. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr liebevoll mit Blüten dekoriert und wir haben einen leckeren Willkommensdrink erhalten. Leider waren wir hier nur eine Nacht, wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Das Frühstück wird immer frisch zubereitet und wir können das “Full English Breakfast” sehr empfehlen. Ganz liebevoll angerichtet und alles perfekt auf den Punkt zubereitet.
