“Stayed two nights for my son’s wedding at a local venue and while the house itself was very nice, especially the upgraded bathrooms with huge showers, the stay itself was miserable. The air conditioner did not work and so the house was 80° our entire stay making it unbearable. The property is swarming with bugs and are attracted to the porch lights. “Our stay was absolutely amazing. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The owners are on sight but you won't realize it unless assistance is needed. They go out of their way to be of assistance and make sure everyone is comfortable and have everything the guest need. They were so patient with the kids while the kids were helping feed the animals. “This is a beautifully restored old farmhouse and the host has done a remarkable job in the renovation, as well as all the amenities. The beds are comfy, it's oh so clean and inviting in every way. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I think it's important to note that the 2nd bathroom is downstairs, while the 2nd bedroom is upstairs. That made it just a little challenging for us "older" couple to make the trip downstairs twice in the night to visit the bathroom. We made it work,……
