“方便快捷 ”

“Very nice-staff helpful and nice as well. Good continental breakfast-only issue is turning on the shower -the door makes it impossible to not get wet. Poor design.”

“Comfortable beds, pretty clean and well-maintained, and decent breakfast options! Staff was very friendly.”

“Beautiful unique hotel in a cute village. Highly recommend. We will def stay here again.”

“Stayed 3 nights. Room was dusty, carpet not vacuumed, bathroom floor dirty, and sheets very thin. Coffee maker was dusty; after running plain water through it, the water came out black. On day 2, we came back to room that was never cleaned, the bed wasn’t even made, but we only got fresh towels. Front desk said we hadn’t requested cleaning, though there were no notices or forms saying cleaning was optional. Staff offered to move us to another room that night, but said we would also have to move……

“The only thing I can say about the hotel is that it would be better if they did not charge for the breakfast. The breakfast was great, but with so many other hotels offering breakfast it just seemed a bit much to have to pay for the meal. The wait staff in the dining area was great, but with it being a buffet, I felt like there were too many staff members there. Other than this, the hotel is wonderful!!!!!”

“Is only for stop with not family and not bathroom in the lobby available plus the roof is falling off”

“This property had no vacancies. Expedia booked me one night with its system showing availability with multiple rooms available despite the owner of the hotel advising Expedia that their rooms were not available and had been sold out. Now it will take 7-10 business days to refund my money that was debited from my account the minute I approved the transaction.”

“Buckhorn Inn is an absolute must for traveling through/staying around the Shenandoah, Blue Ridge & Staunton area! The owners maintain the historic beauty of the property while making it comfortable, accessible and cozy. The property’s history is fascinating and the location is convenient to hiking and downtown amenities. The owners even stayed late to ensure my partner and I got checked in safely. We can’t wait to visit again soon & see how the newly owned property continues to evolve! Hoping……

“It’s new and clean. Everyone is kind and nice. It’s close to the south gate of Shenandoah national park and the north gate of blue ridge road. ”
