Pullout sofa bed in living room. Heated saltwater pool and over a quarter acre fenced-in private lot with lush grass all around! Perfect for backyard BBQ's and games. Full-sized kitchen with all amenities needed to make an at-home meal. The home has dark wood floor throughout and all bathrooms are modern, sleek and updated. Very Family Friendly! House is stocked with two pack-and-play cribs, one high chair, stroller, step stool and toys/pool toys for kids. Pool also has a locked safety fence and shallow area for children. Beach chairs and towels included!

Walking distance to Delray Beach's largest attraction, downtown Atlantic Avenue. Atlantic is home to Delray's finest restaurants, shopping, bars and nightlife. There is no shortage of activities available at the Southways House!
