The Living Area

Lounge on any of the 3 comfy sleeper sofas, or the 2 hanging egg chairs while watching the 50-inch flat screen TV. The living area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to gameday events.


The Kitchen

KushKations Grant has a fully equipped kitchen layout to host guests during your stay. Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving. The fridge and cabinets have ample space to accommodate your needs, and your kitchen comes fully stocked for any chef to entertain during your KushKation. From cooking utensils to dinnerware, cups, and shot glasses we've got the chef covered.


The Video Game Room

The video game room features a mounted 50-inch TV, 2 video game chairs, and toke table. Each console features 2-4 controllers to ensure guests can entertain the group. Each console comes equipped with family friendly games, or their respective game passes to access 100's different games on each.

The Bedrooms

KushKations Grant features 8 bedrooms. The bottom floor has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 full bunk beds. The second room has a king bed and a futon. The top floor features 6 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king mattress. The second bedroom also features a king bed and a full bathroom. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds and desk. The fourth bedroom has 2 full-sized bunk beds with a futon. The fifth bedroom has 1 twin-sized bunk bed. The sixth bedroom has 2 queens. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch TV featuring, hangers and laundry baskets. Privacy is key and guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedroom.


The Bathrooms

KushKations Grant features 2 full bathrooms. Guests can freshen up before they explore Denver in either bathroom. Each comes equipped with a hairdryer, bath towels, and hair and body wash for guests during their stay.


The Theatre Room

Kick back and enjoy the 6-seater luxury recliner theatre room. Guests can or log in to their respective streaming services to feel right at home. The theater room also features a fresh popcorn maker and a futon for extra seating to use during your stay.


The Game Room

Guests can entertain in Grant with a fully-equipped game room featuring a full-sized slate pool table, beer pong table, bumper pool table, 2 player Mini Hoop game, 2 poker tables, and a retro arcade game (featuring 100's of indie/retro titles). Whether your guests are into the poker or the pool there is a little something for everyone down in the game room.


The Backyard

KushKations Grant features a private enclosed backyard with top amenities to entertain your guests. A 6-seater hot tub, a dining table, propane gas grill, and a firepit. Guests needs to either bring their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order. Utilize the hottub to unwind under the stars and truly hit the reset button. Morning, night, summer or wintertime, the hot tub provides year round relaxation for guests.
