The first night that I stayed in the hotel my air condition was not working. I brought to the attention of the front desk staff and was spoken to very rudely with no resolution. Air conditioning was replaced the following day bit no sort of credit was offered or given. I was meant to feel like it was my fault the air conditioning did not work.

I am very upset due to the front desk clerk that checked us in. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. First of all I called the front desk and no one and answered so I kept on calling. When she answered I explained to her that the tv was no properly functioning and she told there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said no and hung up on me. Also, the ac was not working and the room was very hot. Very unhappy. The clerk was rude and unprofessional.
