“The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well located, and overall we liked the property. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the noise at night. Our apartment faced the train/tram line directly outside the windows, and it ran throughout the night, making it extremely loud and very difficult to sleep. For such an otherwise comfortable apartment, the lack of sound insulation was disappointing. I think the proximity to the tracks and potential nighttime noise should be communicated more……

“The property is well-located, with easy access, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with the instructions. It is conveniently close to two subway lines, the apartment is spacious, and the area is quiet. The only downside is that maintenance and cleanliness could be improved (the bathroom mirror was dirty and the bathroom trash can was broken). Other than that, everything was great.”

“location is ok, metro of 2 different lines are close（within 10 minutes walk）and have supermarket nearby. the apartment itself is ok and it seems residental estate. Lifts are old and small. Open kitchen make inside very hot during cooking as the air conditionar not cold enough, so not recommend to cook by fire （may use microwave oven better）.”

“Excellent location. Clean property. Grocery store in couple blocks. Coffee shops on the street. Walkable distance to Duomo/Galleria. It was a little harder to get first in without phone number access, but it worked out via WhatApp.”

“Housekeeping was quite bad. I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast at 10xx in the morning. I didn’t expect that the housekeeping would come clean my room that early. So I didn’t pick up the open but unused condom from the floor… the housekeeping picked it up and put it right on my necklace. I mean, the table was quite big. Why on my belongings😭 other than that, all the other staff were very professional. The hotel located at a very convenient spot. I especially love the kitchen! I ll……
