Main issue with service relating to queuing at bars, temperamental experience with self service drinks areas. "First time in Agadir and first time in Morocco. Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sofitel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach area looking out onto the promenade with a sea view. The nearest shops and other restaurants are a bit or a walk but you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Souk El Had was a 50MAD taxi ride away. "Fantastic hotel next to the beach with the best outdoor pool and lounging area I’ve ever seen. Also has its own private secure beach area although that wasn’t very busy as most guests stayed near the pool. Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of food from cooked omelettes to fancy cakes.
