“Beautiful place, location excellent”

“Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.”

“Le personnel est vraiment cordial et serviable.”

“The room is very spacious and clean. There is a drying rack for laundry and a large balcony. We had a nice stay”

“The representative at the front desk (older lady) did not communicate with us about breakfast nor the water available on site. Our booking was very last minute because our previous booking elsewhere had been a scam. When we arrived at the back gate, then at the front desk, the rep was unfriendly which made us feel unwelcome.”

“地點適合，附近風景優美寧靜，可以見到古城堡的夜景。提供地下停車場，非常方便。 人員服務熱誠”

“Great location, great staff, food, coffee..! 5 stars all the way!”

“櫃臺服務態度良好、有問題都很用心回答、缺點是早上前台沒人上班、退房時房匙不知怎麼處理、結果打它酒店電話說將匙留在該酒店裡面好多信箱其中一個編號001的信箱”

“Beautiful property, good location, lots to do, staff is very accommodating - Marjorie at reception was exceptionally helpful, room was very comfortable & peaceful. Lovely setting for a holiday. Breakfast is plentiful and very good - crêpes were delicious. Restaurants use lots of local ingredients and wine from the Estate is very good. Overall a very pleasant experience.”
