“This is my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Ponta Delgada. The location is perfect, as not only does it have an ocean/port view, but it is walkable to restaurants, shops, and historical sites. The staff are friendly and professional; and they speak English, which is helpful. The air-conditioned rooms are clean and spacious. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, and other amenities. “Very friendly and helpful staff. The jacuzzi is in a wierd enclosure although it used to be uncovered. Also not very hot. Poolside refreshments ie. Bar/café would do very well poolside rather than next to lobby. Breakfast was pretty good although not all hot items were available right at 7:00 AM when it opened.”
