It is a close walk to El Centro, supermarkets & tons of restaurants. The apartment was clean with great showers. HOT water & plenty of it! This was one of the quietest streets at night we have ever experienced in Cuenca. The internet connection was great. Along with having comfortable beds in each bedroom, there are TV’s. "A friend and I stayed at the Sunny Apartment #2 and enjoyed it. The owner could not have been more helpful. The living room is a little small and there is no television but each bedroom had a TV. The WiFi worked well. It is conveniently located with several restaurants nearby and only a 10 -- 12 minute walk from the cathedral and central plaza with several great restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay there again."
