Turkish food is one of our favourites, and this dish of manti beats them all. A small ravioli type pasta (filled with spiced meat), covered in a yogurt sauce with chili oil and dill. We enjoyed it in many places throughout Turkey, but it was in the small town of Burhaniye in the northwest where it was the very best.

"Beautiful hotel, lovely, renovated and clean rooms.Excellent breakfast. We had rooms on the third floor with small cute balconies and sea views. Charming outdoor and gardens. Ali bey was extremely nice and so very kind and helpful in planning our trip. He went above and beyond for me when I was planning a surprise birthday for my sister. I am so grateful for all his help.
