“We attened an event very close ny at a marina. We were able to park and walk. Hotel has a restaurant and bar, but lots of options withinn walking distsnce. Close to main street shopping with lots of shops and restaurants. Not a big deal, but we arrivrd at 1pm, check in is at 3pm. Our room was ready but they said $20 extra to check in early, we just left our truck and went out and came back later for our keys. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Its a basic hotel, we would stay again ”

“We often travel to Provincetown from Providence for a night or two, and often stay at the Sandcastle Resort, which is excellent for an inexpensive yet comfortable getaway. "AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
