“Belize has been on my bucket list of places to travel. The opportunity to visit was presented to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday and my partner’s birthday since they both enjoy snorkelling, diving and being in the sea. We booked our trip to stay at Alaia Autograph as it was listed as a 4.5-5 star hotel. My family and I were displeased with the inability to swim in the sea from the beachfront due to the sargassum which was not being managed properly as it was building up on the beachfront. You……

“This was a margaritaville property until Dec of 25. The resort was clean the food was decent but the menus could have offered more options or maybe a daily special. For all inclusive the food options were lacking. Our room was great oceanfront suite. The beach was full of sea weed but the hotel had guys out there every day removing it. They just couldn’t beat Mother Nature though. The stall was very accommodating.”

“Food and drinks were in us dollars, and all the other places we stopped at was in Belize currency! Though it was a little pricey! Only eat at the hotel once because we were told about the pricing issue. ”

“Resort is exactly as pictured. Rooms were clean and smelled clean, great view of the ocean/beach, good water pressure and hot water for the shower, and all the amenities were clean and working. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and very helpful. Property is easy to find and right next to the water taxi. The beach front location was perfect so it was close to everything, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. I didn’t eat at the on site restaurant or order from……

“There were not a lot of units but 3 pools. Never had to fight or get up early to get a chair. We could always find shade on our large balcony that looked out over the ocean. The reef was unbelizeable ! Swam with sharks, manatee, stingray, and turtles. Also tubed the caves which was incredibly beautiful and relaxing. All around great trip!”

“Een fijn hotel langs de prachtige kust van Hopkins. Personeel is geweldig, ze kennen je bij voornaam en hun belangstelling is oprecht. Zeer behulpzaam. Fijne bedden, schone kamers. Blinderende gordijnen, rustige omgeving. Zee is goed toegankelijk, geen stenen, schoon en helder water. Eten bin het restaurant is goed, al is de kaart klein, dus als je langer verblijft dan en laat dagen is het fijn om in de buurt te eten. Diverse restaurants op loopafstand.
