However, the service at Manta leaves a lot to be desired, though I accept this is not likely anything to do with the hotel. "

"Lovely hotel at the quieter end of the promenade. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Within an easy walk of the ferry terminal and restaurants. Would definately recommend Il Galeone for quality food at a reasonable price very close to the hotel."

"Staff were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, and an evening meal(on one occasion) and the roof terrace was a good place to sit with a cold drink. We will definitely return. Thankyou for such a lovely stay. "
