"Photos are \*not\* recent. The pool was ok-definitely in need of maintenance/retiling, the kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking (most equipment was dirty/old/in need of replacement), the BBQ was filthy and the beds were a mixed bag. Bring fly spray, the house is a magnet for bugs. Water pressure/showers were pretty great though."

"Owner was lovely but beds were horrendous. Family of 5 had no sleep for 5 nights. Nothing exciting, overgrown back yard, outdated crockery, pans, cutlery, no dryer. Offering accommodation with springs for beds. Unaware of subletting downstairs so others turned up in driveway of house as well. Did I say the beds were terrible. "

"Overall, a good choice for a stay in the CBD. Reasonable restaurants are a short walk. Hotel is clean and my room was well maintained and in good working order. The breakfast buffet offerings were identical each of the two mornings for which I purchased the breakfast add-on at time of booking. This was all for 2 days in a row. Any more, I’d be disappointed in the selections. Daily housekeeping is not provided. You’ll need to ask for fresh towels or coffee maker supplies. "

"We stayed at the Playford for 2 nights. We had one of the rooms with a mezzanine. A nice room but could have been better laid out. A great shower. A lovely comfortable bed but if you moved out of bed the sensor for the stairs came on and there was a LOT of lighting. Same thing downstairs as soon as you entered the room the sensor went off. I realise it’s for safety on the stairs at night but just too much. "
