"Nice hotel for the price... drove to a further location for kid approved waves... the waves there were not kid friendly.. staff attentive and helped when needed! Air conditioned rooms but not the living room dinning room... felt safe there’s a guard on duty at the entrance.. it was an ok experience... there pools were cleaned daily and kids enjoyed them for hours at a time! "

"Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool. We weren’t told that there is a charge to clean our room at the end of our stay, was a complete surprise. Expedia you need to let your clients know of the charge."
