"One of the best hotel stays I have ever had"
My husband and I travelled to Rhodes for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and stayed in the Elysium Resort and Spa for 7 nights. Our time there was highly enjoyable, surely one of the best hotel stays that I have ever had! I tried the spa one afternoon (fabulous!) and we both took advantage of the closeness of our room to the hotel swimming pools and the main beach area. I have only praise to give this hotel and give huge credit to the staff who were extremely pleasant and helpful to us in all aspects. The food served at the main hotel restaurant was nothing short of superb with a wide range of choices for both starters and desserts at dinner and a large selection of both hot and cold dishes for the breakfasts. I would recommend the Elysium Resort and Spa on Rhodes for those looking for a truly luxurious and enjoyable stay on the island.

    "Nice place to stay"
Very quick and efficient check in. Staff to take luggage up to your room. All staff very friendly and accommodating. Two elevators so never had to wait long for one. The room was a good size and had a balcony. Carpet old and lifting in areas. The whole room could have done with a facelift. Bathroom also a good size but needing a makeover. Pool on the main level looked nice. I didn't use it though. Breakfast served in the dining room was fabulous with a huge selection to choose from. Everything fresh and tasty. Hot meats, eggs, breads, pastries, yogurt, fruit, cheeses, and cold meats. Juices and coffee and tea. There was dinner served in the dining room in the evenings and the selection again was good. The meals I had there were delicious and well presented.

"A good hotel for taking photographs in"
The hotel looks great in photographs but like a great actress who is past her prime the hotel has the ability to look good but if you look too close you can see it needs some cosmetic work. Stayed here for a week in September and am a fan of all things Greek and the Greek islands. It feels a shame if the owners are looking to save money through the restaurant as it is now all-inclusive. I think the restaurant manager should possibly go on a refresher course to cover customer skills...... standing in the restaurant next to guests eating their dinner and shouting at the young waitresses to carry out various duties is not very professional. Also when asked by a young lady if the baklava pudding had nuts in it, and as she started to tell him which nuts she was okay with, he just said everything has nuts and walked off

    "Inexpensive and clean."
We arrived before checking time but everything was ready so we were checked in and shown the room. This is a basic hotel room, the beds were comfortable sheets and towels changed every 2 days. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, we didn't see any other staff. The TV and fridge were not working when we arrived but this was rectified while we were out the next day. If you are on a tight budget stay here and eat out.

"Great value for money, lovely staff and good food"
This is a 2 star hotel, so you should not expect 5 star luxury. The hotel rooms need a bit of decorative upgrade, they are however kept clean and comfortable, with all the facilities you need. Air con is a great addition and not seen as standard in many hotels at 2 star rating. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel at home. The snack bar at the pool does great snacks and we even had an evening meal there; which was far better than a couple of external restaurants we went to in KOS town. In short, food was good! Pool was clean and well equipped and was used by many guests with good reports all round. In summary, great place to stay, kept clean and it's cheap and definitely cheerful with nice staff. I read a lot of reviews stating it was noisey, unclean and for party animals only. This is not what I experienced, yes, the decor is not that of a 5 star, so don't expect that. There were also signs up stating that and persons causing loud noise and disturbing the guests would be made to leave.
