It is a boutique hotel with a boutique feel, makes you feel special from check in to breakfast to checkout. Cozy and quiet, not like a chain. Everything clean, friendly and attentive staff. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Horrible attitude of the employees starting from the receptionists and ending with the waiters. Check-in took 40 minutes with rooms charged multiple times and with the invoices already made in our name before our arrival at the reception. POS device didn't work to reimburse our money which were deduced ...

The property was beautiful. The breakfast was just ok. The room had the heat to 26 degrees C, and the four to the patio was letting in -5 C air. The hotel positions itself as 4 and a half stars but I would give it two stars maximum! Price quality ratio is unbelievable!
