"Like all Foss Hotels in Iceland, this was a modern, tastefully decorated, well-appointed hotel. The room was comfortable and clean albeit a bit small in size even by Icelandic standards - and this was an upgraded room. The beef sandwich at the bar was delicious and it was a generous serving. The staff however was not as friendly or helpful compared to other Foss Hotels we stayed at. Actually, a gentleman serving at the bar was quite abrupt. Another issue I had is that their WIFI system doesn't allow connection to US servers through NordVPN. We stayed at 11 different hotels/guest houses throughout Iceland and never had this problem with the exception of another Foss Hotel at Lake Myvatn. Besides this issue their WIFI connection was neither fast or stable."
