“Sinceramente me parecio un hotel de un bivel muy por encima del costo que pagué. Esta conectado directamente a una estación de metro por lo que llegar desde cualquier otra ciudad japonesa es muy muy fácil y lo mismo comunciarse dentro de la ciudad. Está dentro de una zona muy turística, cerca de muchos restaurantes y bares y sobre una calle con tiendas de de alto nivel. El personal del hotel es súper amable y dispuesto a ayudar y a solucionar cualquier problema. Todo el personal hablaba inglés.”

"No puedo hablar del desayuno porque no comí en el hotel, pasé solo una noche pero la cercanía al parque me pareció excelente se lleva 10 estrellas. En general el hotel me pareció bien, muy limpio y el personal muy amable a lo que le vi problema es al checking es muy tarde, a las 3:00 y si queremos pasar a la habitación antes tiene costo."

"Es un hotel de regular a bueno, con un buen desayuno estilo japonés incluido y lo mejor de todo su ubicación inmejorable. Justo donde inicia el ambiente de Dotonbori, y frente a centro comercial subterráneo y estación del metro importante. Habitaciones muy pequeñas y nada baratas. Personal de limpieza muy inflexible con sus políticas de recolección de basura y personal de recepción muy amable pero muy poco dominio del inglés. "
