“well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated……

“The rooms were comfortable, staffs and breakfast was great!”

“Bellagio Hotel is a hidden gem in the country with the most beautiful scenery and landscape, there is a restaurant inside the premise without any elevator to catch or drive to similar to how Hawaii once was. A wonderful lady manager name Mira made our stay comfortable and welcome along with her staff. Mahalo & Aloha, Will Yun”

“Accessible location”

“Very satisfied from check-in to check-out, from the front desk personnel to the chef. It was only a one night stay so our dinner and breakfast was preordered upon check-in. My family enjoyed the food so thank you, Chef Daryl! I have to mention an employee by the name of Karen. Karen was not only courteous and helpful at the Front Desk but we watched her work in the heat to maintain a clean and presentable resort. We can't say enough on how good of a person Karen is. With an employee like Karen,……

“Overall the place was nice with easy access to the beach. I would suggest a better signage to find the location easier. Our room was in the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. They need a male person to help us load our suitcases to our room not the same lady who check us in. Also it would be nice if the bathroom is bigger and the sink being too small and right on top of the toilet. Bump my head to the ceiling 2 times!”

“Good service”

“Water pressure in the washroom was so low. Smell was bad in the washroom. In other word sanitation was bad.”

“The property is very outdated and if this was somewhere else, the property would be condemed. There is mold in the ceiling. Spiders and bugs in every lightbulb. The bathroom reeked of urine and I found out that there was a leak from the toilet going to the bathroom drain when you flush. The stench was unbearable. The sink is out of alignment from the sink and draining into the bottom of the stairwell. The bed linens smelled liked they were not washed. The AC was noisy and made it unbearable to……
