“I recently stayed at Welcomhotel Katra for two nights. While the overall experience was pleasant, there were a few things that could definitely be improved. To start with, the check-in process was disappointing. Although I arrived about 60 minutes later than expected, the hotel still took another 30–35 minutes to hand over the room keys, which wasn’t a great start.
