“I’m genuinely confused how this hotel maintains a 4–5 star rating because our experience did not match that standard. To be fair, the bedding and towels were exceptionally clean, which we appreciated. And while even one or two cockroaches is not ideal, we are in Malaysia and understand that can occasionally happen in tropical climates. However, several issues were simply unacceptable. The room had no toilet paper provided maybe a few squares left on an empty roll and zero back up at all, which……
