“For a five star hotel it was disappointing. First the positives… the pool, and pool area was wonderful and spacious. The buffet breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. That’s where it ends. The check-in was terrible. The clerk didn’t even smile or offer us a welcome drink as other guests were given. Despite it being a VIP Expedia hotel we were not offered an upgrade. We asked for an early check in and we were denied. We asked for a late check out and again, they said no. And we……

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“I had a nice stay at this hotel. I loved the location because everything was nearby, making it very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and I really enjoyed it. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping team, who made my day with a beautiful bedsheet design on the bed.
