"Our night at the Chateau had to be the single most memorable night of our trip. I loved it; my other half was a bit freaked by it all. The property is a long way from anywhere down a stone road. "We selected reserved a room which we were not allocated but a significantly worse room, dirty and with plaster falling from the ceiling from a prior leak, poor WiFi, appalling shower room, and no amenities. ( All had to be prearranged) So no drinking water on a day when it was 34 degrees. Owner said he decided to change it. The room had a plug badly fitted to wall with extension bar for the TV and box. Health and safety issues"
