“櫃臺服務態度良好、有問題都很用心回答、缺點是早上前台沒人上班、退房時房匙不知怎麼處理、結果打它酒店電話說將匙留在該酒店裡面好多信箱其中一個編號001的信箱”

“Le logement est idéalement situyau cœur de Carcassonne, cependant un petit rafraîchissement de la douche ne serait pas un luxe. Mais le logement est très agréable”

“Apartment was very clean and in a perfect position to explore. Very quiet too.Several good restaurants 2 minutes walk away and more in the Medieval City. There are a few different walking routes up to the Chateau but none were too strenuous (we are in our 60’s & 70’s)There’s a lovely Épicerie just 2 doors away where you can buy fresh baguettes, cheese, wine and other provisions, the staff there are extremely friendly. This was our first time in France and it was beyond our expectations.”

“I booked this lovely Carcassone apartment for a friend who was visiting from England solo, and he absolutely loved it. The location in the Bastide is great for walking to everything in town - shops, restaurants, the square, small grocery store, pharmacy and train station etc. All communications with the host were timely, friendly and considerate. She also provided great information and tips on visiting the city. The apartment decor is bright, modern and cheerful. The apartment is very……

“Super maison, bien situé, les équipements sont au RDV, l'hôte est vraiment très gentille.Parfait”

“Had a pleasant stay in this unit so close to the Castle.”

“Nice place with easy access. Dedicated parking. I wish they had wall cabinets on wall in the kitchen, a better looking kitchen but that was basically irrelevant for us once we stayed only one day. Also I suggest adding fans or ac in the rooms, was a bit hot. Otherwise the place is very nice”
