"I found all the staff I met very friendly and helpful. The children play area and the swimming pool looked amazing too. My room was very large with a walking wardrobe etc. But the bed was very "firm" to the point of being uncomfortable and the pillows were similarly hard and so difficult to sleep well. It is a shame that the bed spoilt the stay at the hotel and would prevent me from staying there again."

"Siamo stati in una camera matrimoniale questa settimana appena finita. Camera molto piccola ma accogliente e comoda. Assente una luce principale in camera quindi illuminata solo dalle due lampade a bordo letto. "Have stayed here previously and overall it’s a good hotel. The room was fairly comfortable would say the bed is a bit hard for my liking. But the room and bathroom a good size. The breakfast is excellent. The negatives. The slot in the room that the card went in to give the room power hummed constantly. Did complain to reception but not sure if they did look at it. But at night it was annoying. Then the room we had was positioned above an extractor fan. This was turned on at 6 am every morning...

"The hotel is very tired, the dinner service is stuck in the 1970s. The reception staff were very helpful as we cancelled 2/3 nights. This is partly because of the poor facilities but mainly because Hotel.com says it us near the beach, when in fact it is 3km up a mountain! "
