“Clean room but very basic”

“We read some really bad reviews about this hotel, but we booked very late during high season, so had to take a chance. The experience was much better than we feared--definitely overall positive, even though the hotel could use a general refresh and a more varied breakfast selection. We had an issue with the AC, but the staff corrected it immediately when we asked them to switch it on from downstairs. No biggie. We liked the proximity to the beach; the room was spacious enough, with good light……

“The room was clean, next to the water as advertised and beautiful. We were there when most of the beach clubs had closed so it was very quiet. when the sun came out, our lovely staff helped to find a chair rental place that was open and called in advance to find prices. The accommodation felt very well kept and luxurious. Breakfast was light but the staff were great. Remembered our coffee order by the second day. I would definitely stay there again.”

“El personal de recepción, especialmente Giulia.”

“Bellissimo.... a me piace tantissimo”

“Let me start with entering the building itself. When you arrive, no one is there, and you’ll be greeted by a gate that won’t open until you enter a passcode. You need to use your cell phone to open it. If you have no service, it won’t work. There are only three parking spots, and the place is tiny, so if you have a bigger car, good luck. We had a Jeep, and it was very difficult to park every night. It was hard to get in and out quickly, so you have to stand there to keep the gate open. We had to……

“Lovley place, walking distance to all the restaurants, the coastal walk and beaches. Perfect base to explore, with parking.”

“A very modern hotel. The hotel is close to city and the beach yet sits high above and “away from it all” in a lush landscape with a great view of the sea. We had a wonderful view of the sea from our ground floor room and our semi-private olive tree garden. The bathroom was perfect and bed comfortable and clean. Vasto was a low key town but situated mid-way on our trek to Marsciano. The staff was most helpful in sending us to a fantastic restaurant.”

“Camera ampia, completa di dí lavastoviglie e lavatrice, ampio terrazzo ben attrezzato. Spiaggia libera a pochi minuti. Personale disponibile e molto accogliente.
