We tried to request to see a manager or at least other staffs. But our request was responded like NO ONE will help you. So we went for help in the restaurant. The……

“Location was perfect ! Beautiful decorations! However, I was never told you had to go to a hotel around the corner to eat breakfast- or that our hotel room was not in the dining and pool hotel. Apparently- two Hotel Calimala’s. Our first room was unacceptable as I paid upgrade for a room with a view- no view! They finally switched us into a better room. Check out these things before you book your room. Very nice hotel- but expensive for what you get! They charge for bottled water after first……

“Here is good to have a vacation in Firenze. All of them are friendly. We are enjoying”
