“酒店在山顶，海拔500米左右吧， 如果你车技不好的话，千万不要订这个酒店。 我是大约13：00到酒店的。前台没有人，厨房的服务员出来帮我打开的房间。我在酒店发现很多臭虫。图片如下，我就告诉厨房的人我取消（预订时已经付全款，而且无法退款的）但是这么多臭虫，我坚决不住，我看了房间，里面很差。 停车的地方也非常差。最后我联系网站，网站告诉我酒店不同意退款。我自己也打了电话给酒店，告诉我会回电话给我。但是再没有回过电话。 没有最差，只有最差。 The hotel is on the top of the mountain, about 500 meters above sea level. “Really nice scenic view to Volterra, typical oil trees and fields around. Calm and relaxed evironment, ideal for longwalks and relaxation. Pool is also enjoyable even in October. Room was nice and clean, wifi working well. Restaurant was excellent, the wild boar dishes can recommend! Staff friendly and helpful. Washing clothes was also possible so if you are mid trip or longer staying that is also an advantage. Enjoyed our stay there!”
