“The gym needs an update no treadmill and what’s in there doesn’t turn on.
Towels are hard to exchange get to the exchange place right on time or you will be using your towels for days!
Not enough umbrellas at pools if you are looking for shade you won’t be getting it at this pool.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay and the food was good.”

“Located right on the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas throughout the resort. Lots of covered walkways for the tropical downpours. Site is beautiful. Staff are lovely and very helpful. It’s all but impossible to get a table at the on-site restaurants. The buffet is acceptable but not outstanding. However, staff were very helpful in recommending and obtaining reservation and transport for a local restaurant which was excellent (LaLola - on the beach). Room and bathroom were lovely,……
