“Bathroom was nasty, the AC broke down 2 times and wouldn’t cool the room. The Shuttle is a mess non friendly drivers and doesn’t pass by enough your better of walking. Some staff members seem as if they didn’t want to be there and did not go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The Hotel has plenty of things to do with good pools nice beach and great entertainment.”

“Needs better management to pay attention to details. For example, we book two rooms. One room was for 5 people and only one umbrella was found. If you know 5 people are coming common sense is to put more than 1 umbrella. The other room had no umbrella and took over 2 days to get just one. Shower head holder in bathrooms were loose and water was splashing everywhere. Only buffet was available, all restaurants were book for our entire 5 day stay unless we wanted to have dinner after 9pm. ……

“The resort is well staffed, and the people are very kind and helpful. It is kept very clean however, the food choices are poor. The advertise restaurant is not in a building, but alfresco dining, which requires a reservation, which takes hours in a line to wait for. The rooms are uncomfortable. The mattresses are not hygienically covered in a full mattress cover the television has terrible reception. There are no amenities no gym. There is one pool and it is overcrowded the beach, chairs, and……
