“Amazing ”

“I was searching for all inclusive adults only resort and this showed up on the list. I saw the some videos on Tik Tok and was sold. We got there and the whole staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very simple. The only thing I didn’t like was the hand held shower head (it kept coming off)and they didn’t have enough lounge chairs that people were fighting over them. Both at the poolside and beach. Overall the food and alcohol were great. The staff was working VERY hard. Please……

“Overall we had a great time. We stayed here for a full week and loved the pools, the spa, the beach bed setup and the beach itself. We had the VIP wristbands but needed to be "members" to eat anywhere else on the resort which is massive. So with just the buffet, the food was very medicore. Also, nothing is explained to you about what you do or don't have access to on the property which is difficult, you have to ask a lot of questions. The beach area for VIPs had a sushi bar which was VERY good……

“Premises was very clean, staff were friendly multiple activities throughout the day to engage families. The drawback for me was the pool water was very cold and no hot jetted hot pool. Additionally, it was a challenge to obtain a dinner reservation always full, we ended eating most of our stay in the buffet. Additionally, people smoke everywhere. The resort can improve on this by making a smoking designated area specially because there’s children being exposed. ”
