“★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. I booked a room through Expedia and paid almost USD 200, but when I arrived, the front desk couldn't find my reservation. After a long wait, they finally checked me in but told me I couldn't leave the hotel and come back because they were short-staffed. They also said breakfast wasn't available and kept blaming Expedia for the situation. “STAY AWAY!!!! Fraud!!!! The day we arrived- there was no food in the restaurant- it was closed at 5.30 pm while the brochure said dinner time 5-8pm- 2- over the span on 3 days out of the 8 day reservation there were several times when the cook came late- they literally didint make breakfast- even though our booking included breakfast in our reservation. The last day is when I got fed up since I have little kids 10, 14 and we were hungry since 11 and there were no restaurants nearby. 3-……

“Words cannot describe how beautiful the sea house is and have recommended to all the people we know back in the states. All of the rooms were hospital clean. Carolina and Dolores were super Amazing sweet people that will help with anything including cooking for you. The views are straight out of a movie. Sadly the super sweet dog that greeted us with a toy every time we arrived passed away the second day we were there. I really felt we had our own personal security guard outside the house and……
