"We spent 3 nights here. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was adequate. Good connections to the old town. I don't recommend the city tour after dark, it took almost 2 hours, we toured the wonderful harbor areas, which we couldn't get any idea of, at least not in the dark, it was a bit of a strange trip."

"Hotel is well situated near the bus stop for Constanta bus station etc. It is further away from the strip and so quieter, but it involves crossing a busy road to get to the breach. The food is Romanian and plentiful. We went for the half board option which gave the equivalent of £10 per day to spent on food and drink from the bar, which was more than enough for a meal and a beer.
