“Great Stay!”

“He is an AMAZING host went above and beyond for me and my friends would book again ”

“We had an excellent experience, the property was really clean love the kitchen and the living room area. We loved how peaceful and quiet it was. Communication was fast and easy. shower was too small though . But overall enjoyed the stay”

“This was the perfect little stay for me and my pooch. Quiet & clean, nice kitchenette area. The only thing missing is a bathroom sink with mirror. There’s nowhere in the bathroom to wash your face, brush your teeth, put on makeup and get ready for your day. There is a full length mirror, which is great. Cute little sitting outdoor area for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. One great thing, it’s in a gated area with a very small yard so my dog could be safely contained outside, and it’s……

“You get what you pay for. The room was very hot and the fans were squeaky and loud, so we couldn’t watch TV because we couldn’t hear it and the host actually texted us to turn it down. There was little parking at all hours since the unit is next to a school and apartments. The coffee maker in the room was dusty and there was still a used pod in there, the dishes had random hair and dust, and the britta filter was also very dusty. A lot of random things were dirty, but the linens were clean and……

“Its a very cozy little one bedroom. Shared courtyard with another rental. Close to restaurants and downtown.”

“We were very comfortable. We stayed here before, two years ago and enjoyed it very much then also. The house is in a very good location, next to a park. We can highly recommend it.”

“The hosts were very friendly and very welcoming, if I had any issues they were very quick to help out. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Such a wonderful stay! Walkable to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. The owners thought of absolutely everything! We appreciated the coffee, the snacks, the waters and beverages, the extra towels and even the magnifying mirror. Clear communication too. Very quiet and a cute little private yard.”

“We had a wonderful stay on a long couples weekend. The hosts were terrific and easy to communicate with. Like any non-chain, there were a few nuances of the property we had to figure out but overall we were very pleased with our stay. Would recommend!”

“It was a nice property”

“We had such a wonderful stay with Todd and Kate! They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was just as described. We truly appreciated their hospitality and how easy and pleasant they made the whole experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much for everything!”

“Got around easily alone since it's close to the SAP Center and shops nearby. Air conditioning worked better than expected compared to other spots I've used.”

“Good value. Quiet street. Large space. Older feel. No problems.”

“Nice apartment. Gracious hosts. Easy walking distance to Winchester Mystery House and a shopping center. Parking was great and there were extra blankets, although a few extra pillows would have made it even better. Hosts were super communicative and recommended excellent eating choices.”

“Location is great due to proximity to many restaurants, stores and the freeways. The place is clean and small, more suited for a short stay for two people or one person for a long stay, mainly because there is no living room and the main common room is the bedroom. The apt is on a lovely homesite and parking on the sidewalk was easy. The AC, bathroom, washer and drying rack were nice, although we didn't use the washer. The small kitchen was a mini-refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and……
