"I especially like the modern, cool vibe at this hotel. The guests are interesting, from all over the world. The staff is young and friendly. The coffee/bar area is amazing. The cocktails and cakes great! The restaurant has many local food selections and its breakfast is very good. The location is unbeatable - everything is easily accessible - either on foot (all the city center points of interest), or by tram or car - the parking garage is attached to the hotel. "Customer service was amazing. We had two hiccups on our visit. Neither of which were the hotels fault and they did an amazing job helping us to fix these problems. Two different front desk staff and they were super helpful. Thank you ladies. Rooms and breakfast were fine."
